The customer has the right to withdraw from the online booking of a car rental service within 14 calendar days from the date the booking was completed, without being required to state the reason for the withdrawal, unless one of the exceptions provided by applicable law applies or the service has already started or been provided.<\/p>

To exercise the right of withdrawal or to request a booking cancellation, the customer must inform us through a clear statement by email at info@ontheroadlesvos.com<\/a>, stating the booking number or attaching the relevant booking confirmation\/proof of purchase, or by completing the form below.<\/p>

Car rental service<\/strong><\/h5>

The booking concerns a car rental service, which is provided on a specific date, time and pick-up\/drop-off location, according to the details selected by the customer during the booking process.<\/p>

If the rental start date is before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and the customer has requested or accepted the provision of the service for that specific date, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a service that has already started or been provided.<\/p>

Booking cancellation policy<\/strong><\/h5>

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the following cancellation policy applies to car rental bookings:<\/p>

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled vehicle pick-up date are free of charge.<\/p>

For cancellations made less than 7 days and up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total rental cost applies.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up, as well as no-shows at the time of pick-up, are non-refundable.<\/p>

Booking changes<\/strong><\/h5>

Changes to the booking, such as changes to the rental dates or vehicle type, are possible subject to availability, provided that they are requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up. No additional change fee applies, unless there is a price difference resulting from the new booking details or the new vehicle type.<\/p>

In the event of a valid withdrawal or a cancellation that is eligible for a refund according to the above policy, the refund will be made to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.<\/p>

Any refund due to the customer will be processed within 7 business days.<\/p>

In the event that the booking is cancelled by the company, or if the company is unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to the company, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid or, if they wish, to transfer the booking to a new date, upon agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
